I’m a dreamer, I’m an optimist, I’m a meticulous thinker and I love figuring stuff out and sharing the results.  Which is kind of like the over all theme to this website.

Family is very important to me.  From my incredibly supportive husband; we’re so alike in some ways and sooooo different in many others but we work well together and we are there for each other.  I have 2 brilliant and amazing sons; Joseph, 21 and Robert, 18.  You’ll  meet my crew through my posts and understand why I talk about family flow.
